Amy relaxed on the plane. She had an air sick bag, paper, pen and a baby names book. Randy had given her a little hope and positively for her pregnancy. Amy held a grudge because she lost Matt. She thought that Matt would stand by her but it was too much for him. He could see past the betrayal just not the child.

Amy thought of her child or their child. Kane just wanted to gloat about it all. She shook the thought and started flipping through the book. She wrote the names that she liked. She caught Stacy’s glances and smiled. Amy knew she could not regret her decision to keep the baby. She was going to share the love in her with her little boy or girl.

Amy imagines the years as they would go by. She smiled at the thought of hearing first words, seeing first steps and the first day of kindergarten. Amy glanced out the window. She could not hold Randy to be there. Amy eliminated the thought and began to reduce names. She heard a familiar voice and smiled. It was Randy with gummi bears.

He helped her compare and contrast names. They decided on Achazia Haliegh, Alannah Malia, or Malijah Richelle for a girl. Malik Braden, Dayshaun Matthew, and Jacob Dalvin were the choices for a boy’s name. Amy looked at Randy and could only smile. Kane had broken physical bonds. But the man above had created bonds that no man could contravene or at least she hoped anyways. She knew that one day she would have to thank Kane for her child.

Ooh…yeah…

You came into my life

You just made everything right

And even though my man has left me behind

I don’t regret a thing for having you

Thank for my child

I’m really thankin’ you, the Man above

Thanks for my child

You brought me so much joy, this bundle of love

Thanks for my child

And though your daddy he ran away free

The love I have for you, baby

Is the love I have in me

Mmm…hmm…

Ooh…oh…oh…

I’ll stay and watch you grow [I’ll stay], yes, I will [And watch you grow]

I’ll raise you by myself, one woman show

You made life worth singing a song [You made life worth singin’ a song]

With you right here with me I’ll have the strength to go on, oh…

Thank for my child

I’m really thankin’ you, the Man above

Thanks for my child

You brought me so much joy, this bundle of love

Thanks for my child

I’ll hold you in my arms, I’ll hold you close to me

I’ll rock-a-bye my baby

I’ll rock you to sleep

Whoa, whoa

I understand your language, your baby talk

You’ve got to crawl before you walk

There you are just lookin’ so beautiful

And all the while you’re wrapped in blankets, you are my love child

Thank for my child

Here we are today, the years go on by

Thanks for my child

You grew before my eyes time after time

Thanks for my child

And though you’re daddy he ran away free

The love I have for you, baby

Is the love I have in me

Inside of me

The love I have in me, oh

Oh…oh…oh…oh…

I just know I’ll never let you go

No, no, no, no, no, no, hey

‘Cause you’re my sweet baby

Papa can’t preach

Papa was a rollin’ stone (Because he left this beautiful)

Because he left this beautiful (‘Cause he left us all alone)

But that’s okay ‘cause I’m your mother, baby

I carried you for nine months

And I’m gonna carry you until you can carry yourself

On your own

I love you, sweetheart [I love you too, mommy]
