He sat and sighed loudly. He winced a little as the hot air hit his chapped lips. He rubbed his forehead and felt the battle scars. He hated to admit it but he looked forward to the blading. There was so much tension and pain that was released. No one would ever guess that about him. However his track record spoke for itself. He barely had friends. They all moved on and rarely talked to him unless the needed a push or a job. His one true love was living life to the fullest. He often wondered if he had pushed her to it. Everyone he had associated with turned to different substances one time or another. He never did because he was too full of himself. He was going to make the business; it was not going to make him.

He noticed her as she walked in. She was a scared little girl trying to play dress up with daddy's company. She wanted limelight and glory. That's why she pursued him and conquered him. He despised her for that. She did not want love, a family, none of that stuff. She wanted power, prestige and distinction. He was just the one to be her male stud. This would be how it ended for him. Wrestling had made him. At 40-something he was a has been. When you have to refer to yourself as a god and have someone stroking your balls to prove it, you're done. Fans do not even hate you, they just ignore you. You fail to exist...

He came out of his mental thinking and noticed he was alone. He had no Dx, McMahon-Hemsley Era, Corporate Ministry and no more Evolution. Randy and Dave are where he was years ago. His ego was stroked too much. Flair looked like someone's grandfather. He turned his beer up and finished it. He stood and stumbled to the bed. He hated the effect alcohol had on him. He was usually confident and in control of himself. Now he realized he was a loser. He tried to act holier than thou with Scott, BG, Sean and Monty. They gave into their weaknesses and became better people in some cases. He sighed as realized Steph was sleep. He lay in the bed and glanced at the ceiling. H thought to himself...So this is the beginning of the end
