******************************************************************************************Stevie walked around backstage looking for a solitary place. He was used to seeing them together. He was used to hearing people talk about them. But when he saw Tyson place the sunflower in Victoria’s hair, old feelings began to stir. Stevie felt like there was a constant rain cloud around him. He had lost his spunk. He was no longer Stevie.
Stevie sighed as he continued going through the motions. He wondered what she saw in him. He wasn’t really that good of a person. He wished he could sing her a love song the way it’s meant to be. He wanted to make her want him again. He wondered how happy Tyson could actually make her.
Stevie noticed the drink machine. He walked over and noticed his favorite. He reached for his wallet. He opened it and noticed the picture that stared back at him. It is two different people in a distant time. He remembered when they got caught in the sprinkles. He remembered when he missed their anniversary. He even remembered the one that made her have to say goodbye.
He opened his drink and heard her laugh. He longed to run his fingers through her hair. He wanted one of her soothing kisses. He would give anything to pull her close to him. He wondered if she still prayed for him. Everyone makes mistakes. Hell, he was no one special, just a man. He moved to lean against the wall. He saw Tyson pull her close. He noticed Tyson began to whisper in her ear. He imagines he was Tyson. Tyson was telling her things she needed to hear. He looked into the can… he could sat those words too.
Stevie sighed and decided to walk outside. He was becoming desperate. He would do whatever she wanted. He would cry for her, die for her may be plumage and kill. He would pay any price to just say what he is feeling. Luck has never been on his side. He would love for them to be able to go back to their lives and back to their dreams. He would be the one to tell Victoria that he would always love her. He will be there forever and a day. He’ll love her always.
This romeo is bleeding
But you can't see his blood
It's nothing but some feelings
That this old dog kicked up
It's been raining since you left me
Now I'm drowning in the flood
You see I've always been a fighter
But without you I give up
Now I can't sing a love song
Like the way it's meant to be
Well, I guess I'm not that good anymore
But baby, that's just me
And I will love you, baby - Always
And I'll be there forever and a day - Always
I'll be there till the stars don't shine
Till the heavens burst and
The words don't rhyme
And I know when I die, you'll be on my mind
And I'll love you - Always
Now your pictures that you left behind
Are just memories of a different life
Some that made us laugh, some that made us cry
One that made you have to say goodbye
What I'd give to run my fingers through your hair
To touch your lips, to hold you near
When you say your prayers try to understand
I've made mistakes, I'm just a man
When he holds you close, when he pulls you near
When he says the words you've been needing to hear
I'll wish I was him 'cause those words are mine
To say to you till the end of time
Yeah, I will love you baby - Always
And I'll be there forever and a day - Always
If you told me to cry for you
I could
If you told me to die for you
I would
Take a look at my face
There's no price I won't pay
To say these words to you
Well, there ain't no luck
In these loaded dice
But baby if you give me just one more try
We can pack up our old dreams
And our old lives
We'll find a place where the sun still shines
And I will love you, baby - Always
And I'll be there forever and a day - Always
I'll be there till the stars don't shine
Till the heavens burst and
The words don't rhyme
And I know when I die, you'll be on my mind
And I'll love you - Always
